Our coffee is roasted in Ealing at the Curious Roo roastery. We think their single origin Colombian bean pairs perfectly with Oatly. Not only are our beans from Curious Roo, we also loan our coffee machine and grinder and they provide regular training to our baristas to brush up their skills and provide you with the perfect shot every time.

Emily made the bakery’s coffee cups and plates from her Hoxton studio. We love the coarse stoneware and natural tones, simple and imperfect shapes that emphasise rather than hide the handmade nature of the objects. They sit perfectly with the raw aesthetic of the bakery. Jars plates and a few special pieces are available to buy from the bakery.

Based a stones-throw from our door, Paz brings us a bounty of wonderful nuts and nut butters to enrich our bakes. Whether it’s the toasted hazelnuts in our cookies, the smooth cashews in our cream cheese or the roughly chopped pistachios atop our lemon drizzle cake, Paz’s high quality, traceable and sustainable nuts play an important part in so many of our recipes.
